Stuck on cloak mission

Im stuck on mission 7 where you have to use cloak. My aux power is NaN and cant select cloak. I've googled it and others have said exiting to the main menu and starting the mission over fixed it. But not for me.

too many bugs

the worst bug is when i equipped foot soldier boots on top of foot soldier boots. I lost a heart, I did it a few times in a row and went from 10 hearts to 5. I decided to quit at that point. dissapointing.
